ZAMBIA has crossed the 100,000 psychological mark for the cumulative number of confirmed Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases with 738 new cases recorded countrywide yesterday and five deaths within Lusaka Province.
With a rise in the number of new cases at what is believed to be the beginning of the third wave, Health Permanent Secretary Kennedy Malama says the country has in the last week been losing on average of five people daily.
