THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) will swing into action to impound and seize all illegally imported vehicles after the amnesty expires next month, as it donates 86 vehicles to government institutions.
ZRA has declared total war against any form of illegality such as smuggling, misclassification of goods, under-valuation, and dubious importation of motor vehicles.
