THE United Party for National Development (UPND) has suffered a setback of one of its longest serving senior members and former spokesperson Charles Kakoma defected to the Patriotic Front (PF) yesterday citing ‘strange happenings’ in the opposition party.
Mr Kakoma said he felt sidelined after serving as UPND’s spokesperson for 14 years and Zambezi West Member of Parliament (MP) in North-Western Province for 13 years.
