HEALTH Minister Chitalu Chilufya says the biggest challenge in fighting the Coronavirus(COVID-19) now is that people are more scared of police and public health officers enforcing the health guidelines that they are of contracting the disease itself.
Dr Chilufya said people had acquired masks which they carried in their bags or pockets, putting them on only when they see the police officers or are denied entry into some premises observing the COVID-19 guidelines.
The Health Minister said this yesterday during the daily COVID-19 update in Lusaka.
Dr Chilufya commended the police and public health inspectors who were going round to ensure that public health measures were followed.
