THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says investigations have revealed that the Manyinga accident involving the Power Tools bus in which four people died was caused by another vehicle.
Four people, including the laboratory technician Ian Mutambo who was carrying a Coronavirus (COVID-19) sample died last Saturday on Solwezi-Chavuma Road near the Mundanya Bridge in Manyinga District.
Others who died were the driver of the bus Chrispin Mulenga, 38, of Kitwe, Agness Ponda, 32, of Kabompo and Gertrude Mangowa, 37, of Zambezi. Eleven other passengers were injured.
