FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) presidential aspirant Kalusha Bwalya has taken his appeal to enable him contest the eagerly anticipated March 28 elections to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
And Kalusha also wants the FAZ presidential elections be postponed pending the outcome of the CAS ruling.
This is according to a letter dated March 2 sent to CAS and copied to FAZ general secretary Adrian Kashala and his deputy Joe Chimpampwe, Ms Adess Nkanza by his lawyers Paolo Torchetti of Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo and made available to the Times.
“I write you on behalf of Mr Kalusha Bwalya, as his legal counsel, whom I copy on this electronic correspondence. I attach a power of attorney authorising my representation to communicate on his behalf.
