PARLIAMENT has unanimously adopted a private member’s motion to curb electoral violence in the country.
The motion, dubbed ‘That this House urges the Government to take practical measures to curb electoral violence”, which was moved by Choma Central United Party for National Development (UPND) Member of Parliament (MP) Cornelius Mweetwa, did not even require a numerical vote to be adopted.
